Refund policy
Received a product with issues?
If you receive a product that is missing, destroyed, expired, damaged, or has a verified quality issue, you may submit a refund request within seven (7) days of delivery. All requests are subject to review and verification by Ding-go.
Can I return anything I want?
All sales are final unless the product is defective, damaged during transit, expired, or has a quality issue.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Food, beverages, snacks, dry goods, health supplements, and prepared goods — unless defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Products that are misused, damaged, modified, or in unsellable condition due to customer tampering.
- Products with missing/altered parts, labels, or serial numbers.
- Products that cause allergic reactions due to individual health conditions (please review ingredient labels or consult a medical professional before use).
- Clearance items advertised as near-expiration or sold with noted imperfections.
How to Request a Return
- Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by emailing support@ding-go.com.
- Include your order number, product photo (if requested), quantity, and reason for return.
- Review time: Up to 1–3 business days after submission.
Refund Method Guidelines
Following investigation and approval, refunds will be issued in accordance with the product’s condition at the time of delivery.
Refund to Original Payment Method
A refund will be issued to the original payment method if the product is confirmed to be:
- Missing from the shipment
- Destroyed during transit
- Expired upon arrival
Store Credit
A refund will be issued in the form of Ding-go store credit if the product is:
- Damaged but remains in sealed, unopened packaging

Delivered within fourteen (14) days of its best-before date
Store credits do not expire and may be applied to any future Ding-go purchase.
Replacement or Refund Availability
If the item is in stock: Ding-go may, at its discretion, offer the customer the option of a replacement or an eligible refund, subject to the refund method guidelines outlined above.
If the item is out of stock: A refund will be issued in accordance with the applicable refund method determined by the product’s condition.
Important Notice
- Under California Civil Code §1723, Ding-Go clearly discloses this policy before checkout.
- By purchasing, you acknowledge that all sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged.
