Order Processing
Orders fulfilled by Ding-go are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays). Typically, orders take 3–5 business days to process. During peak seasons or promotional events, please allow an additional 2–3 business days, for a total processing time of up to 8 business days in rare cases.
Please note that some items may ship directly from overseas (such as Japan or Taiwan). For these orders, please allow approximately 3 business days for processing and 5–7 business days for shipping, resulting in an estimated 8–12 business days total for delivery to your hands.
All orders are shipped via trusted third-party logistics partners. Estimated delivery times shown on our site are based on product availability, fulfillment speed, and shipping destination (usually around 5-7 business days). Please ensure your name, address, and contact details are accurate to avoid delays.
Free Shipping
Ding-go offers free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. (the lower 48) on orders over $49 (after discounts, before tax).
For orders under $49, shipping fees will apply based on your location and selected delivery method. You can view your estimated shipping cost by using the "Estimate Shipping" tool in your cart before checkout.
Tracking Your Order
You can track your shipment anytime by logging into your Ding-go account or using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Out-of-Stock Items
If any item in your order becomes unavailable, Ding-go will notify you by email. We will ship the rest of your order and refund the out-of-stock item. In rare cases where the entire order is out of stock, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated based on the delivery address and applicable local laws. It will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Delays
Ding-go is not responsible for delivery delays due to:
- Items unexpectedly out of stock
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping information
- Failed delivery attempts due to absence of a recipient
- Events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, strikes, or natural disasters)
