The product is defective, the outher shell is shell is soft, while the interior is hard as wood-attempting to bite into them even poses a risk of breaking a tooth. In short, this product is defective. It is unfit for consumption and needs to be returned

I love nougat crackers. I was so excited to find this website, so I could continue to eat one of my favorite snacks. The nougat was hard as a rock and i was unable to bite it and it wouldn't break, only bend with some effort. I opened another pack to find the same thing. The entire bag isn't edible. The expiration date is 6 mos. away on Nov 16, 2026. So when was it packaged for sale? It was a waste of anticipation, I was so excited to be at home eating my favorite snack.
I ordered enough to share with friends and they all agreed these are the best chips they’ve ever had. They have a strong, natural cilantro flavor and are slightly sweet and finish with a nice spiciness. They also ship very fast. I wish they were available all the time because they do sell out often.
No expiration date on package...price is a bit high also.
Good for afternoon snack at work.
